昨夜新しいレシピをトライしてみました。出来上がったのがこちら、山型イギリスパンです。いつもの食パンよりも甘くなくって、サンドイッチにはこちらの方が良いかもしれません。そとはカリカリで中はしっとりふわふわでとお〜〜っても美味しかったです。レシピはクックパッドのhttp://cookpad.com/recipe/629727です。
I tried a new recipe last night. This English bread is what I made. It's not as sweet as my regular white bread and I think this one is better for making sandwiches. Outside crust is crispy and inside is moist and fluffy soft. It was very good. I used the recipe from COOKPAD "http://cookpad.com/recipe/629727"
