ただ今フルーツ酵母とやらを作成中。必要なものは瓶、無農薬の果物、砂糖か蜂蜜そして水。木曜日の朝に始めました。なにしろ今回が初めての試み。発酵がちゃんと進行しているのかどうかもわかりませんが。。ま。。そのうちわかるでしょう。
I am making yeast from fruit(fermenting fruits). All you need is a jar, organic fruit, sugar or honey and water. I started this on Thursday morning. This is my first attempt, so I am not sure things are going as it supposed to. I will see....
