劇団と音響と照明 Theater, Sound and Lighting

 アメリカから帰って来てからの毎週末は劇団森の練習とリハーサルで費やされました。私は音響と照明担当でした。週末毎回出ているのはちょっとキツかったですねー。それにたけちゃんも可愛そうだったな。。。ほっておかれて。。それが先週日曜日に終わり、ちょっとホッとしています。
Since I came back from California, all my weekends were spent for the practice and rehearsal of a theater group, Gekidan Mori.  I was in charge of sound and lighting.  It was quite exhausting to be out every weekends.  Sorry for hubby to be left home alone....  The performance was over last Sunday and I am feeling relieved.

上演の前は少し緊張していましたが、全て上手くいき、来てくださった方々の笑顔が見られとても嬉しかったです。

I felt a bit nervous before the performance, but everything went well and I was so happy to see the smiles of everyone who came.

テレビ出演 On TV

私日本とパラグアイのサッカー国際親善ゲームの実況中継でテレビに出ちゃいましたー。この試合はオーストリアのインスブルックという場所で行われました。ここは我が家から車で１時間40分ほどです。この試合を最後に日本チームはロシアでのW杯へ向かいました。私がめちゃ大声で応援したからかしら？このゲーム勝ちました。そして今日もコロンビアに勝ちましたねー。イェー！！
I showed up in a live coverage of a international friendly football match, Japan vs Paraguay.  The game was at Innsbruck, Austria.  It's only 1 hour and 40 min away from my home.  This was the last game for Japan national football team before they go to World Cup in Russia.  Because I cheered really loud ? and they won this game!  And they won against Colombia today.  Yay!!!

信州人だけじゃない。。 Not Just People of Shinshu

これをベトナム人経営のアジアの店で見つけました。お蚕さんです。これを食べるのは信州人だけじゃあなかったんですよねー。ベトナムの人はどうやって料理するんだろう？
I found this in an Asian grocery store run by Vietnamese.  It's silkworm cocoons.  It' not just us, people of Shinshu (a region in Nagano, Japan) who eat silkworm cocoons.  I wondered how Vietnamese people eat them.

西洋ニワトコの花 Holunder / Elderflower

今ドイツはHolunder (西洋ニワトコ)の花が季節を迎えあちこちで咲いています。

Holunder (Elderflower) is in season now and blooming everywhere.   

特徴のあるとっても良い香りがするんです。去年あるレストランで大きな瓶に入ったHolunder シロップを見て以来、私もそれを作ってみたいと思っていました。

It has a very nice distinct fragrance.  I saw a big jar of Holunder syrup in a restaurant last year and had been wanting to make it ever since.

先週末、山にある教会キャンプへ行った時、沢山の西洋ニワトコの花を見つけました。

When I went to a church camp in a mountain last weekend, I found so many Elderflowers there.

で。。。沢山採りましたー。 And I cut many of them.

本当にいい匂い。It smells SO GOOD.

家に帰ってその日は天ぷらにしました。香りが良くって花の自然の甘みがあってとっても美味しかったです。

I came home and made Tempura that day.  It was very aromatic and had natural sweetness of flower itself and very delicious.  

今日はいよいよシロップを作りました。まず瓶の中に西洋ニワトコの花、デーツ、スライスレモンを入れてその上からお水を注ぎました。

Today, I finally made Holunder syrup.  First, I filled a jar with Holunder, dates and lemon slices, then poured water over them.

上手に出来るといいなー。I hope it will turn out well.

残りのお花は乾燥させてお茶用にしました。効能が沢山あるそうです。

The rest of flowers were dried to make tea which seems to have many health benefits.

ドイツに戻って着ました Back in Germany

先々週の日曜日からミュンヘンに帰っています。今ここの天気は素晴らしい。

 I am back in Munich now since two Sundays ago.  The weather here now is wonderful.

 私がここにいない間にベランダの先の屋根上の庭が雑草だらけ。

While I was away, the roof garden just off my balcony was filled with weeds.

大きな袋２個に雑草ぎゅうぎゅう詰め。

Two big bags full of weeds.

腰は痛いけど綺麗になった庭を見て大満足。

My back is aching, but seeing nicely cleaned up garden is satisfactory.

カツラで遊んでみた Playing with Wigs

 お友達がカツラを三つも持っていました。で。。。

I found out that my friend had three wigs.  SO....

。。。遊ばずにはいられない！私のロングヘアはいかが？？

....why not play with them! How do you like my long hair?

 これはまあ普通のボブ。。 This is just an ordinary bob hairstyle.

私いっつもこの超短い前髪やってみたかったんだ。でもやっぱり違うな。。えへへ。。

 I had always wanted to try this extreme short bang hairstyle.  Maybe not for me. hahaha...

数年前にこんなヘアスタイルも挑戦したな〜。で、このロングが一番楽しいかも！
I tried this hairstyle a few years ago.  This long hairstyle is the most fun and the best after all.

ケビンと一緒の週末 A Weekend with Kevin

先週末ケビンと時間を過ごしました。ここはテメキュラの隣町のマリエッタ。

I spent time with Kevin last weekend.  This is in Murrieta, a city next to Temecula.

とっても可愛いでしょー。Isn't this place look lovely?

裏庭も素敵でしょう！ Backyard is also lovely, isn't it?

実はここ、骨董、中古屋さん。This place is actually an antique/second hand store.

私の大好きな可愛いものが沢山！This place was filled with so many cute things I liked!

見て見てこれ！愛嬌ある。Look at this!  It's so charming!

マネキンが。。逆さま。。。 Upside-down mannequin...

何か好きなもの見つかりましたか？私達は何も買わずに次のお店へ。

Did you find anything you like?  We didn't buy anything and went to the next store.

こちらは普通の中古屋さん。安くて欲しいものもあったんだけど買わずに次の店へ。

This is just a regular second hand store.  I found a few inexpensive things I liked, but I didn't buy and moved to the next store.

こちらの中古屋さんは住宅支援をする国際NGOハビタットフォーヒューマニティーと言う団体が運営しているお店なので、売られているものが個性的。

This shop sells many unique items as it is run by a nonprofit housing organization, Habitat for Humanity.

普通の家具もありますが。。。  They carry regular furnitures like theses, but... 

流しやトイレの便座やら。。 also carry sinks, toilet bowls and .....

こんな物まで。。even things like these....

そして戸までありました。and they even had doors.

そしてその日最後のお店はサルベーションアーミー。ケビンがなにやら頭に乗せて運んできましたよ。

And this was the last stop of that day, Salvation Army store.  Kevin came out of the store carrying something on his head.

ケビンが頭に乗せていた物はこちらの中古ソファー。最初のお値段は５０ドルでしたがその半額の２５ドルで買いました。

This used couch is what Kevin had on his head.   It was originally 50 dollars, but we paid only a half, 25 dollars.

とっても楽しい1日でした。It was a really good day.
