餃子のレシピ Recipe for dumplings

にら餃子40-50個分の材料
にら    600g
豚挽き肉  300g
しょうが   3片(60g位)
卵     1個
ごま油、塩 各大匙1
しょうゆ   大匙2
サラダ油  大匙2
ちょっと塩分を控えてもオッケー。にらで栄養満点美味しいよ。
This recipe makes 40-50 Chinese chive dumplings
Chinese chives 600g
Ground pork 300g
Ginger about 60g
Egg 1
Sesame oil, Salt 1 tbs each
Soy sauce 2 tbs
Vegetable oil 2 tbs
Chop vegetables and mix with meat and seasonings. This is just the recipe for the filling. You need to go and buy the dumpling skin and wrap the filling. You can boil or pan fry. You can put a little bit less salt if you don't like it salty.

  1. Can you take some pictures showing how to assemble the dumplings? Do you use one of those dumpling presses, or do you smoosh them by hand?
