連休でちょっと時間に余裕があったから、料理にちょっと時間をかけて、キッシュを焼いたぞ！ほうれん草とマッシュルームとベーコンのキッシュと、もうひとつはブロッコリーとマッシュルームベーコン。美味しかった！これも、広くてきれいなキッチンだからやる気になっちゃうのかな。。。
Monday was Labor day, so we had a long weekend. I spent a bit extra time for cooking. Having a big beautiful kitchen motivates me to bake.... well at least for now... Look at those yummy spinach bacon mushroom quiche and broccoli bacon mushroom quiche. I actually baked some bread few days ago and made truffle couple days ago as well!! Need to watch my weight, ha... Any good recipe I should try???!! Send them to me, please!
Oh, I have been baking up a storm, too. (That's an American colloquialism) Those quiches look absolutely wonderful. Do you have access to a farmer's market? I bet if you drove around in the country you might find something.
