かたい。。。Stiff....


食べて寝てばかりではまずいとちょっと反省。今日は朝からWii-Fitでヨガと筋トレとバランス運動を30分。なかなかいい運動でうっすらと汗。。しかしめちゃくちゃ身体が硬い。これからはもう少しストレッチをしないと。。。明日もまたWii-Fitで頑張ろう。先日ある友人と週30分の運動と約束したばかり。
Well, I realized it's not healthy to eat and sleep all day long.  So, today is the day to start some nice healthy routine.  I switched on the Wii-Fit(Nintendo Wii game) and did the 30min. of exercise including Yoga, muscle toning, and balancing.  It was just right amount of work out.  My muscle was so tight and made me realize I really need to work on stretching and loosening those muscles.  I will get back on my Wii-Fit again tomorrow!!! I promised a friend to exercise at least 30min./week.

    いいね~ 家に居ながら運動!
    持久力&根性の無い私は、腹筋などの筋トレは続かないので、毎日ストレッチだけは続けてます。
    眠る前にストレッチするとリンパの流れが良くなって、眠りに着きやすいらしいよー。
