台湾、シンガポール駐在中に作らなくて良かったもの、これが餃子。だって、美味しくて安い餃子がいつでも食べられたからね。アメリカ、テメキュラじゃあそうはいかず。。。今日も２種あわせて１２０個は作ったかな。。おいしかったぁ。。
Something that I didn't need to make for the last seven years while we were in Taiwan and Singapore is dumplings. There were so many shops that I can just go and eat juicy tasty dumplings for really good price at any time. Here in Temecula, it's not an option. I must make them. Here I made over 120 dumplings in two different recipe. They were GOOD!
120!!! They look great!! Last time I tried, i ran out of skin after 24. Then they got stuck together and when I pulled them apart, they busted! And they had no taste! And it took me hours!

I'm sure you can find great asian restaurants if you look outside of Temecula. There's this place in Pasadena called EggRoll Express. There was one in Azusa or Glendora, too! But of course, nothing like homemade!
