I found that I could use an avocado seed as a starter for making yogurt, so I decided to try. The instructor was using soy milk, so I even made soy milk myself.

Here is an avocado. I took the avocado seed and put it into a container.
そこへ豆乳を投入(駄洒落だ。。)
Pour in the soy milk.
I left it about 12 hours and I got over fermented soy milk yogurt. The liquid part is called whey and has many health benefits, so I will drink them. I will try again until I get some nice and smooth yogurt I like.
