今日は２０回目の結婚記念日。いや〜、二人とも若かったですね。Today is our 20th wedding anniversary. Wow, we were both young!
特別な事は何もしませんでしたが、頑張って、多分結婚して初めて、もしくは３回目？のポテトコロッケ作りに挑戦。コロッケは好きなんだけど、めんどうだからいつもお店で買っています。We didn't do anything special, but I put effort to make some potato croquettes for the first time or maybe the third since we got married. I love croquettes, but it's too troublesome to make, so I always buy from a store.
今日は３種類作りました。カレー味、プレーン、そしてチーズ入りです。I made three kinds today. Curry flavored, plain and cheese-filled.
