昨日初めて成分献血なるものをしました。今回私がしたのは血漿。問診やら登録やら含めて１時間くらいで終わりました。帰りにいくつかあったお礼の品（カップラーメン、洗剤、絆創膏、などなど）の中からペンをもらって帰りました。終わった後も体調良好！
I went to an apheresis donation yesterday for the first time. What I donated was platelets. It took about an hour including registration and health exam. There were some gifts that you can choose to take home. I chose a pen out of cup noodles, laundry detergent, bandage and so on.... I felt totally fine after the donation.
That's great! They won't take my blood here in Singapore because I was in England during the Mad Cow outbreak. Moo?
