時差ぼけ Jet lag

。。も悪くない。夕べは皆8時に就寝。今朝は実は4時半には目覚め、でも5時半までは布団の中で静かにして、それからお腹がすいて朝ご飯におやきをぱくり。
..not so bad. We all went to bed by 8 pm. last night. We woke up around 4:30am, but stayed quiet in bed till 5:30am. We got hungry, so we ate OYAKI (rocal food) for breakfast


それから外に出て早朝のとても新鮮な空気をいただきました。この私がこんなに朝早く起きてこんな健康的な生活を。この時差ぼけの良い影響はいつまで続くか?
 . and went outside to get some very fresh air of the early morning. ME, this Akiko got up SO early in the morning and live such a healthy life style.... Let's see how long this good effect of the jet lag can last?!!

  2. Isn't it funny how being jarred from our regular routine can create a situation where we want to do better by ourselves? Bring on the jet lag!
