その時がやってきた。ここ一年で老眼が随分進んだのを感じていたが。。。老眼鏡をかけるのは拒んでいた。しかし、この細かいクロスステッチをするのには老眼鏡なしでは限界に達した。夏に100円ショップで買った老眼鏡。なかなか使える。
I knew my presbyopia has been progressing, but I was still trying to manage without reading glasses. But the time has come. Since I started this cross stitch on linen, there is no way that I can do this work without the glasses. Now I wear this one which I bought in a dollar shop this summer. Wow, I can SEE!!
You are lucky you can buy glasses at the dollar store, my friend. Mine cost $600 last time I had the prescription updated. And cross stitch is definitely a thing of the past unless I want to do it REALLY BIG.
