We cannot get much Japanese food in Munich, so we must make what we want to eat!
大晦日は年越し蕎麦が食べたい。
We wanted to eat Soba noodles(Toshikoshi Soba) on the New Years eve.
We bought Buckwheat flour and made Soba noodles. Noodles were very short, but they tasted very well!
天ぷらと一緒で最高でした。
It was delicious with Tempura.

ひ~。来年の年越しはどこでやるかなー?それによる。。。そば打ちはちゃんとした道具がないと難しいよ。。。
