It's been a while since Taro potato leaves had grown so big, so we've decided to dig out potatoes.

I bought a bag of Taro for three dollars and planted a few in my garden, then the Taro multiplied. Now, if I don't eat them all after harvest and leave some for planting, then I could harvest some more and eat... This is the law of self-sufficient living?!

シンプルに茹でて食べました。とっても柔らかくて美味しかった。

ReplyDelete後ろにある小さな芽は、Collard Green (http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=138) です。とっても身体に良いらしいです。芽キャベツみたいな味ですね。
