みかんが。。 Mandarin Orange..

 今年も、ご近所さんの家では獅子舞！

The Lion Dance was here again at a neighbor's house!

 見事で力強いパフォーマンスでしたー。

It was a wonderful and powerful performance.

最後は、獅子が家の中に入って行ってなにやら。。。

The lastly, the lions went into the house and .....

 お！良いものがある！

Oh, here are some goodies!

 ふむふむ、どうしたもんじゃ。。。

Hmm...  what do I do with them.....

 もぐもぐ？

Munch munch?

 まだ食べてるのー？もう１０分くらい経つけど〜〜。

Still eating?  It's been almost 10 minutes....

じゃじゃーーん！なんと、獅子さんはみかんを食べていませんでした。代わりにこんなメッセージを残していきました。お皿の右側「今年」左側「沢山の財，富」そしてお皿の上には「繁盛」だそうです。優しいご近所さん、見ず知らずの私達を家の中に招いてくれて、この大変興味深い出来事の一部始終を見学させてくてありがとうございました。
Tadah~!  The lions weren't eating mandarines, instead they left this message on the floor.  Right side of the plate says, "This Year."  Left side says, "Great Wealth." On the plate says, "Prosperity."  Thanks to the very generous neighbor who invited us/strangers into their house so we could witness this very interesting event from the beginning to the end.
