Update on the hens. They are now so big and I think they look a bit scary. It's been a little over a month since they hatched from eggs.
アップルシナモンケーキのレシピです。
Here is the recipe for the Apple Cinnamon Cake
Butter 80g (2.8 oz) バター 80g
Sugar 60g (2.1oz) 砂糖 60g
2 eggs 卵 2個
Flour 100g (3.5oz) 粉 100g
Baking Powder 2 teaspoon ベーキングパウダー 小さじ2
1.5 cups of cooked apple. (dice some apples-maybe 3, sprinkle with some sugar & cinnamon and cook in microwave)
1.5カップくらいの煮たリンゴ。リンゴ3個くらいを切って、砂糖とシナモンを適量ふりかけて、電子レンジでチン。
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Shift flour and B.P. together and set it aside. In a large bowl, with an electric hand mixer, mix butter and sugar well, then add 1 egg at a time and mix some more. add shifted flour and B.P. and mix again. Add cooked apples and mix using spatula.
Pour into a baking dish (I use pie dish). Bake in oven for 30min.
オーブンを180度に予熱。粉とベーキングパウダーをふるっておく。ボールにバターと砂糖を入れ、ミキサーで混ぜる。そこへ卵を1個づつ加えて混ぜる。次にふるっておいた粉とベーキングパウダーを加えへらで混ぜ、煮たリンゴを入れて混ぜ、焼き型に入れ(私はパイ皿を使ってます。)180度で30分焼きます。
Amazing how much they grow in such a short time! Maybe it's God's way to ensure we have enough food to go around :)

By the way, we haven't yet had the curry and rendang yet. We're eagerly waiting.
