お友達がケーキ工房をしています。彼女の今月のケーキは、庭で採れたプルーンを使ったケーキとアップルシナモンシフォンケーキ。もうそれを見たら、リンゴとシナモンの香りが漂ってきて我慢できなくなり、早速超簡単なバナナケーキのレシピをアレンジしてアップルシナモンケーキを焼きました。大成功！！リンゴとシナモンの香りが部屋に広がって。。。とてもアロマセラピー。美味しくて大満足。後日レシピをご紹介しましょう。
My friend has a cake studio. Her cakes of this month were her-own-garden-picked-prune cakes and apple cinnamon chiffon cakes. Just as I saw the photos of the cakes, I could smell apple and cinnamon and I had to bake something right away. I used a very simple and easy banana cake recipe and modified it. Very successful! Our house was filled with sweet apple cinnamon scent and it was so therapeutic. The cake was delicious and I am so satisfied. I will post the recipe soon.
Must go apple picking. Your guys will love it, especially after visiting the garden this summer.
