昨日、枝豆を地植えしました。朝起きて元気に根付いたかなと見に行くと、ショック！！葉っぱと芽が食べられた！！誰の仕業だろう？考えられるのは、野うさぎかカタツムリ。。。あ〜〜、子供達が学校から帰ってきてこれを知ったらがっかりだろうなぁ〜〜。結構大切に育ててるからなぁ〜。。。もちろん私はすぐに囲いをつけました。というか。。。古い下駄箱を。。。
We transplanted Edamame seedling to our garden yesterday. I went to check them this morning and was shocked! Some leaves and sprouts were eaten by some strangers!!! Who?? Possibles are rabbits or snails. Ahhh.. Kids will be so discouraged to find this out when they get back from school because they've been really taking good care of those plants. Of course, I put some fence around it right away. Well, actually it's an old shoe shelf....
