今ちょうど焼きたての北欧パンを家族みんなでほおばっています。もうなんて言ったらいいんでしょう。。。バターの香り豊かでほんのり甘いサクサクとしたクッキー生地に包まれたパンの中はふわふわでしっとりと柔らかく。。最高な味わいです。本当に久しぶりに100点満点のパンが出来ました。ごめんなさい。。私たちだけで食べて。。。。
Our mouths are filled with those breads just came out of oven. It just tastes fabulous. The outside crust is crispy, rich in butter and slightly sweet. Inside is soft and moist melt in your mouth texture. I give myself A+ for this bread. I am sorry that I cannot share with you all. The link for the recipe is in Japanese. ReplyDeleteBread flour 300g
Dry yeast 2 teasp
Butter 45g
Sugar 2 & 1/3 Tbsp
Salt 3/4 teasp
Milk 150cc
Egg 1 egg
For the crust
Butter 40g
Sugar 40g
Egg(beaten) 40g
All purpose Flour 40g
Put all the ingredient for the roll in a bread machine and let it knead and rise.
Divide the dough into 12 rolls (abt 50g each)
Let it rise again.
Beat the butter and add egg, mix well. Add sugar, mix well. Add Flour and mix well.
Put the crust dough on top of the rolls and bake at 180C (355F) for 12-15min.
