これはおやき。私が育った長野県地方の料理です。
This is called Oyaki which is a local cuisine in Nagano region where I grew up.
やっぱり時々食べたくなるのですよね、でも面倒で作らなかったんです。でも、や〜っと数週間前に作りました。一番大好きなのは茄子と味噌の餡。
Sometimes, I have a craving for this, but I was always too lazy to make them. However, I finally made some a few weeks ago. My favorite filling is Miso paste and eggplant.
伝統的にはおやきは灰の中で焼くんですけど、もちろん我が家では無理。なので、オーブンで焼きました。美味しかったですー。実は思ったより結構簡単で時間もかからなかった。もっと頻繁に作ったらいいんだよね。。😂
Traditionally, Oyaki is cooked in the ashes of an open fire, but it's not possible at home. So, I cooked them in an oven. They were very good. It was actually very easy and didn't take much time. I should make them more often!😂
