BENTO for my hubby occasionally, because we seem to have more dinner leftovers ever since we became a family of three,
こちらは色がいまいちですが、とっても健康的食事ですよ。ほうれん草の胡麻和え、ビーツの葉っぱの炒め物、黒豆と圧力鍋で煮たサバの味噌煮(骨まで食べられます。)
The colors in this Bento don't seem very attractive, but all the foods are very healthful: Spinach seasoned with sesame, stir-fried beetroot leaves, black soybean cooked in sweet sauce and mackerel cooked in miso sauce in pressure cooker (so tender that you can eat bones as well.)
主人いわく、お弁当を持っていくと、外食する手間が省けて、お昼寝をする時間が出来るそうです。
My hubby said that bringing Bento saves the trouble of going out for lunch and gives him time to take a short nap.
