月曜日 Monday

 月曜日はたいてい１週間分の食料品を買い出しにいく日です。牛乳、肉、野菜、果物などいろいろ買うので、バッグがすごく重くなります。この月曜日の買い物は体力勝負です。
Monday is my grocery shopping day for the week.  I buy milk, meat, veggies, fruits and etc.. And the bags get very heavy.  Monday grocery routine requires a lot of strength.

 今朝お店でちょっと怖い事が。。何に触ったか判らないんですけど、突然手がかゆくて紅くなったんです。あわてて水道に走って手を洗いました。５分くらいしたら赤みもかゆみもひいていました。でも、あの時あのかゆみと赤みが体全体に広がったらどうしようと怖かったです。一時的なもので本当に良かったです。でも、いつもアレルギーの薬を持って歩いた方が良いかしら。。。
This morning, I got a little scared at the grocery store.  I had no idea what I touched, but suddenly my hand started to itch and turning red.  I run to a faucet and washed my hand and after five minutes or so, the redness and the itching feeling were gone.  I was so scared if the itching and redness spread to the whole body and didn't know what to do.  So glad that it was temporal thing... maybe I should always carry some allergy medicine..
