柔らかくて口の中でとろっととろける生チョコ。。。そして小豆と抹茶クリームのロールケーキ。どれもとっても美味しいんだけど。。。。体重に気をつけないと!
The Chocolate Truffles that is so soft and melts so gently in your mouth.... and Maccha(Greentea) sweet red bean cream roll. Everything is so delicious, but I'd better watch my weight!!!
Here is the recipe for the very easy heavenly chocolate truffle.
Chocolate 400g (I used half milk chocolate and half dark chocolate)
heavy cream 200ml
cocoa powder
Heat the heavy cream (don't boil!) and melt the chocolate in it. Line a shallow container with cling film, pour the mixture in and smooth the surface. Cover with more cling film and put it in the fridge or even freezer untill it gets solid. Cut it into small cubes and toss them with some cocoa. Keep them in the fridge.
Great simple recipe for the truffles. Didn't realise they are just chocolate and cream... Yum!
