私、ジムは好きじゃないし、ジョギンも嫌い。でも運動不足。で、家の中で出来る運動を始めました。それはフラフープ。日本にいるお友達に感化されました。
I don't like gym and I don't like jogging. However, I am not getting enough exercise, so I've decided to do something I could do inside a house. It's a hula hoop inspired by my friend in Japan.
一回め。First time.
2回目。Second time.
3回目。結構難しいです!息が切れます。
Third time. It's not easy! Short of breath.
4回目。頑張る!やった!出来た!
Fourth time. Try harder! Yes! I got it!
2日目。楽チンになって来ました。目標は右に1000回、左に1000回です。
Second day. It's getting easier. My goal is 1,000 times to left and 1,000 times to right.
フラフープって、結構な運動量です。お腹の筋肉がつくと思う。
Hula hoop gives a very good exercise. I think I gain some muscle around my belly.
