この頃の天気は、日差しが強く風が強い。そこで干しぶど作りに挑戦。こちらの写真は５日前の写真。現在のお味は、腐ってるとも、熟しているともいえる、微妙〜〜なお味。ぶどうは腐るか？干しぶどうになるか？今しばらく観察を続けてみましょう。
Lately, weather has been very sunny and windy. So I thought of making some raisins. This picture was taken five days ago. Now the grape tastes somewhat between rotten and very ripen....very delicate taste! Would the grapes will go rot or turn into raisins? I will keep a close observation.
