大晦日 The New Year's eve.

今年最後のブログはこれ。年越し手打ちうどん。そば粉が手に入らなかったので、中力粉でうどんを作りました。

The last post for this year is this; homemade year end Japanese Udon noodles. (We Japanese have a custom to eat SOBA noodles on New Year’s Eve. I couldn't get SOBA flour, so I used all pourpose flour and made Udon noodles. )

よくこねて。 Knead well.

さらにこね踏みこね踏み。。 Knead some more... step..step...

きれいに伸ばして　Roll it out real nicely....

ほそ〜〜く均等に切る！　Cut evenly and skinny....

なかなか上出来。　Pretty good job!!

茹でて。。 Cooked.

美味しかったぁ〜〜〜！！　Delicious!!
