健康食 Healthy food


この頃よく作る、小魚くるみごまの飴からめ。子供達も私もカルシウムをたっぷり補給できるし、おやつに最高です。私が好きなレシピは砂糖と蜂蜜とお水少々を鍋で溶かして、魚とクルミとごまをからめるもの。おいしいですよ。

I often make this caramelized sugar coated small fish with walnuts and sesame lately. This provides a lot of calcium for kids and me and is perfect for snack. The recipe I like uses sugar, honey and a bit of water. Melt them in a pan and add the fish, walnuts, and sesame into the pan and mix well. Tasty!

    I made a trail mix recently: craisins, walnuts, toasted almonds, soy nuts, pepitas and mini dark chocolate chips. Now there's a yummy snack.

    Just kidding. I'm sure you and your family will enjoy the carmelized small fish. I'll pass.
